Shipping Policy



Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer tracked shipping by Royal Mail to ensure safety of your package. Delivery estimates will be provided to you once your order is confirmed, and you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package's progress.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom):
We offer domestic shipping within the UK. Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

International Shipping:
We offer tracked international shipping worldwide. Delivery within europe takes anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the shipping option selected. For the rest of the world, shipping takes 7-10 days.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Happiness & Finesse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
 Happiness & Finesse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages:
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered.
