At Happiness and Finesse, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If there is an error with your order, or if the product arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for return.
- If you need to return an item, please initiate the process within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@happinessandfinesse.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will provide detailed return instructions and, if necessary, a return shipping label.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
- For returns due to reasons other than our error, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Time:
Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed once we have received it. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
